The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, a pro at collaboration and someone who can learn, organize and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.</p><p><strong>What is the impact and scope of this position?</strong></p><p>The Mid-Market Account Executive position is vital for solidifying Simetrik's standing as the Latin American leader in financial management and reconciliation. This strategic role serves as a significant growth catalyst, instrumental in replicating success across Spanish-speaking Latin America and enhancing market penetration by establishing Simetrik as a key reference within the segment. The role involves the collaborative development of market-specific commercial and go-to-market strategies, necessitating adaptation to local regulatory frameworks, operational nuances, and cultural contexts. This ensures a precisely aligned value proposition and maximizes the rate of platform adoption within the mid-market.
