You'll guide them away from manual, spreadsheet-based processes toward a new, data- and AI-driven way of working. You'll build strong relationships, provide advice, and ensure digital marketing teams exceed their performance goals with the power of our AI platform.</p> <p><strong>🧑‍💻 Your responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Independently managing customer accounts (from onboarding, optimzation to renewal)</li> <li>Analyzing cross-channel performance data with the customer (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snap etc.)</li> <li>Identifying optimization opportunities and actionable recommendation</li> <li>Consulting our customers on performance marketing topics and best practices for AI implementation.</li> <li>Close collaboration with Account Managers to strategically develop customer accounts</li> <li>Close collaboration with our Product &#x26; ML teams to advance our platform</li> </ul> <h2>Requirements</h2> <p><strong>🎯 What you bring</strong></p> <ul> <li>Several years of experience (>3 years) in performance marketing (agency or advertiser side); first experience in a small company/startup or scale-up is a plus</li> <li>Strong communication skills in German and a genuine enjoyment of client-facing work</li> <li>A proactive mindset and the drive to advise customers with high-quality solutions</li> <li>Curiosity about AI and automation. You don't need to be a builder, but you should be eager to use AI to work smarter.</li> <li>Very strong analytical skills and confidence working with data.
