<h3>About the Role</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">We're a small, fast-moving energy software company based in Munich building an end-to-end platform for industrial battery storage — spanning planning, AI-driven operation, and automated energy market trading. Our mission is to make industrial battery storage economical and intelligent, helping European industrial companies take control of rising energy costs.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We're looking for a proactive <strong>Member of Commercial Staff</strong> to join our commercial team. In this role, you'll be a key driver of customer growth and satisfaction — owning the full customer lifecycle and helping shape how we go to market as we scale.</p><h3>What You'll Do</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and manage relationships with new customers from first contact through long-term engagement</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own the customer lifecycle end-to-end — from onboarding to ensuring maximum satisfaction and retention</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Develop deep understanding of our product, the industrial energy storage market, and the evolving regulatory landscape</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Generate customer and market insights that inform commercial strategy and product direction</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate closely with a small, high-calibre team to drive revenue and customer success</p></li></ul><h3>What We're Looking For</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Required:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">2+ years of experience in a business role (e.g. sales, customer success, account management, business development, or similar)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong communication and relationship-management skills — you're comfortable owning conversations with customers independently</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Genuine curiosity and ability to develop deep product, market, and customer insights</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Real passion for energy markets, renewable energy, or sustainability — and an appetite for the complexities of a fast-changing regulatory environment</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Entrepreneurial mindset: you're comfortable with ambiguity, take initiative, and thrive without a rigid playbook</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Background in or exposure to industrial energy, battery storage, or energy trading</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS or energy-tech company</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Fluency in German (given our customer base in the DACH region)</p></li></ul><h3>Compensation &amp; Benefits</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Salary:</strong> €70,000 – €100,000 per year, depending on experience</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Visa sponsorship available</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Opportunity to grow with a small team at the forefront of the European energy transition</p></li></ul><h3>Location</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is an <strong>on-site role based in Munich, Germany</strong>.
