<h3>About the Role</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">We're a fast-moving, pre-seed energy technology company based in Berlin Mitte, building a full-stack electricity retail platform that enables hardware businesses and energy providers to offer dynamic electricity plans to European households. As a <strong>Member of Commercial Staff</strong>, you'll be a versatile operator at the heart of our commercial team — working directly alongside founders to build the systems and processes that power our growth in a regulated, high-stakes industry.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a generalist role with real scope: you'll own problems end-to-end across finance, legal, recruiting, customer support, and partner management. If you thrive in ambiguity, learn fast, and take genuine pride in your work, this role is for you.</p><h3>What You'll Do</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Tackle varied commercial challenges across finance, legal, recruiting, customer support, and partner management as the business scales.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own problems from initial scoping through to execution — delivering high-quality outcomes you're proud of.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Adapt your focus and priorities as the business evolves, always working on what matters most.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Help design and improve operating practices and internal processes alongside your core responsibilities.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Contribute to a culture defined by effective communication, strong ownership, and craftsmanship — working in-person at our Berlin Mitte office.</p></li></ul><h3>What We're Looking For</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>2+ years</strong> of proven performance in a high-performance environment — high-growth startup, consulting, investment banking, professional sports, or high-end hospitality.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A <strong>versatile background</strong>: banking, legal, operations, partnerships, or any domain where you can add commercial leverage.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A <strong>rapid learner</strong> who can go from novice to effective in days by talking to experts, reasoning from first principles, and executing with conviction.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong interpersonal style: kind and engaging, but capable of pushing for results when the situation demands it.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A <strong>proactive owner</strong> who notices broken processes and fixes them without waiting for permission.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>German fluency at C1+ level is required.</strong></p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><em>Note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.</em></p><h3>Compensation &amp; Benefits</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Salary:</strong> €75,000 – €100,000 per year, depending on experience.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Opportunity to help shape the commercial foundation of a high-conviction energy technology company at an early stage.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Direct collaboration with founders and a small, high-calibre team.</p></li></ul><h3>Location</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">This role is fully <strong>on-site in Berlin Mitte, Germany</strong>.
