Analyse sales data for the Store and adjust strategies as necessary to maximise sales</span></p><p class="p1"><span style="color:#365F91">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; To plan the strategy for the store with the Store Director/General Manager on a weekly basis.</span></p><p class="p1"><span style="color:#365F91">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Oversee the store plan and layouts to enhance commercial strategy and optimise the customer shopping experience</span></p><p class="p1"><span style="color:#365F91">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; To work alongside the Regional and National Team ensuring that all Country strategies are implemented according to your customer profile by planning and organising workshops in store.</span></p><p class="p1"><span style="color:#365F91">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; In depth knowledge of all commercial applications: Retail app, Merchan app, Alert exposition, Itx stock, Deliveries app, Money mapping …</span></p><p class="p1"><span style="color:#365F91">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; To prepare and lead official in store visits evaluating sales potential, and providing strategy feedback and product needs.</span></p><p class="p1"><span style="color:#365F91">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Work closely with OPS Managers to synchronise visual strategies with promotional activities, product launches.</span></p><p class="p1"><span style="color:#365F91">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Follow up on stock management by revising and lead the proposals for backstocks in line with the weekly strategy.</span></p><p class="p1"><span style="color:#365F91">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Control product levels in the store and communicate with Senior Management and Spain PM if any products are needed.</span></p><p class="p1"><span style="color:#365F91">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensure seasonal planning is reflected on the shop floor according to the commercial calendar and Company strategies following season trends and market needs.</span></p><p class="p1"><span style="color:#365F91">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; To identify and implement creative and visual ideas for the store, manage in store furniture, lighting and internal mannequins in order to maintain high standards of image.</span></p><p class="p1"><span style="color:#365F91">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensure windows are up to standards and propose changes when necessary.</span></p><p class="p1"><span style="color:#365F91">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Keep up to date with the latest fashion trends and participates in Fashionista projects.</span></p><p class="p1"><span style="color:#365F91">&nbsp;</span></p><p class="p1"><strong><span style="color:#365F91">TEAM LEADERSHIP &amp; Previous fashion retail experience essential</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span style="color:#365F91">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience in Merchandising, preferably in a similar environment.</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span style="color:#365F91">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
