Mid-level/Senior Account Manager (all genders)

work for ambitious brands. <br><br>We are looking for a <strong>German-speaking Mid–level/Senior Account Manager</strong> to join our Account Management team and take ownership of client relationships and projects from briefing through to delivery. <br><br>You’ll be the link between our clients and internal teams, ensuring work is well briefed, organised and delivered to a high standard. <br><br></span><p><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;"><strong>Your Responsibilities </strong></span></p><ul><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Own day-to-day relationships with assigned clients and act as their main point of contact.</li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Lead projects and campaigns from briefing to delivery. </li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Translate client needs into clear briefs for creative, strategy and production teams.</li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Coordinate internal teams over different locations, timelines, budgets and deliverables.</li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Manage client feedback, expectations and approvals.</li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Prepare and lead client meetings, status updates and presentations.</li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and grow existing accounts.</li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Support pitches, new business and account strategies.</li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Proactively identify risks and find solutions to keep projects on track. </li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Work closely with Account Directors and senior leadership on key accounts.</li></ul></p><br><strong>Your profile</strong><p><ul><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">3–6+ years of experience in account management, client services or a similar role, ideally in a creative, digital or advertising agency. </li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Proven experience managing clients and projects independently. </li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Strong understanding of creative agency workflows. </li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills. </li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. </li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Openness to work in an international, multicultural environment </li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Confident, proactive and solution-oriented approach.</li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Commercial awareness and understanding of budgets and scope. </li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Fluent (C1-C2) in
