Middle Strong General QA (with AI)

<p>We are looking for a Middle strong General QA Engineer with 3+ years of experience to join a distributed product team and take ownership of quality across the full testing cycle. The ideal candidate has a strong manual and automation testing background, mobile testing experience, and — most importantly — an <strong>AI-first mindset</strong>: you actively use AI tools in your daily work and are excited to push that further.</p><h2>JOB REQUIREMENTS</h2><p><strong>Must have:</strong></p><ul><li>3+ years of QA experience (manual + automation)</li><li>Experience testing mobile applications (hybrid apps)</li><li>Hands-on experience with TypeScript + Appium</li><li>Experience with CLI tools and working in terminal-based environments</li><li>Knowledge of non-relational databases</li><li>Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English (B2+) — active communication with the client</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in Fintech domain</li><li>Familiarity with DynamoDB</li><li>Experience with or interest in Agentic QA workflows</li></ul><h2>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</h2><ul><li>Manual and automated testing of a mobile hybrid application</li><li>Maintaining and expanding the existing automation test suite (TypeScript/Appium)</li><li>Handling technical support tickets — reproducing, investigating, and documenting issues</li><li>Collaborating with a distributed team</li><li>Actively using AI tools to improve testing workflows</li></ul><h2>PROJECT</h2><p><strong>Customer:</strong> Growing SaaS startup based in Australia.</p><p><strong>Type:</strong> Fintech / management SaaS application.</p><p><strong>Product:</strong> A platform that helps businesses manage operations and workflows. Client side — mobile development team. Day-to-day collaboration primarily with CTO and Product Manager; other stakeholders involved as needed.</p><p><strong>Technical stack:</strong> TypeScript, Appium, Mobile Proxy, DynamoDB, CLI, OpenClaw (AI agent platform integrated with Jira and CI environments)</p><p><strong>Work schedule:</strong> Full-time, fully remote.
