Who cares about redefining how everyone around us can get the best financial applications, not for an exclusive few.<br /><br />If you're this person, we'd love to talk to you.</p><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><h2><strong>The Role</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">We are looking for mobile developers to build BJAK's AI Neobank app across Android and iOS.<br /><br />This role is for strong mobile builders who can ship clean, reliable and intuitive mobile experiences, whether their main strength is Android, iOS or both.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What Will You Build</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build mobile features across Android, iOS or cross-platform flows depending on your strength.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Create clean journeys for onboarding, accounts, payments, cards, transfers, rewards, travel, FX and AI-assisted features.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work from product problem to shipped mobile experience, not just assigned screens.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate with backend, design, product and AI teams to launch reliable customer-facing features.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Improve app quality through production feedback, analytics, crash reports and user behaviour.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Help raise the standard for mobile UX, reliability and speed across the product.</p></li></ul><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><h2><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong mobile development experience in Android, iOS or both.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience shipping production mobile apps used by real users.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Good product sense, UX judgement and attention to edge cases.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Able to work across APIs, releases, debugging and production issues.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Hands-on builder who can take ownership without heavy guidance.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Clear evidence of shipped work: app links, GitHub, screenshots or project explanations.</p></li></ul><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><h2><strong>The Bar</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">We are looking for engineers with real technology career highlights.
