This role helps keep creators and fans safe, improves policy and tooling through real-world feedback, and keeps us audit-ready as we scale.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>🎯 The Role</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We’re hiring a Moderation &amp; Compliance Executive to protect platform integrity by reviewing content, investigating violations, and making fast, fair decisions at scale. You’ll report to our Moderation Manager as part of the Trust &amp; Safety team.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is an overnight role: 2am to 9am UK time, Tuesday to Saturday. We’re fully remote.
