We are currently seeking an experienced <strong> Mortgage Processor</strong> to join our growing team.<br><br>The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential mortgage processing and be comfortable managing loan files from application through closing while working closely with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, escrow, and title companies.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Process residential mortgage loans from application to funding</li><li>Review loan applications and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy</li><li>Collect and analyze borrower income, asset, credit, and property documentation</li><li>Request and obtain missing documents and conditions from borrowers</li><li>Submit complete loan packages to underwriting</li><li>Review underwriting conditions and coordinate condition clearing</li><li>Communicate regularly with borrowers, loan officers, escrow, title, and other third parties</li><li>Maintain accurate and organized loan files</li><li>Monitor loan pipeline and ensure files move efficiently toward closing</li><li>Ensure compliance with company, investor, and regulatory guidelines<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>Minimum 2 years of Residential Mortgage Processing experience</li><li>Ability to calculate and review income documentation</li><li>Experience reviewing tax returns, pay stubs, W-2s, bank statements, and credit reports</li><li>Strong understanding of mortgage processing workflows and underwriting requirements</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail</li><li>Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously</li><li>Experience with mortgage LOS and CRM systems</li><li>Availability to work during PST business hours<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Experience processing high-volume residential loan pipelines</li><li>Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA guidelines</li><li>Encompass experience is a plus<br><br></li></ul><strong>What We Offer<br><br></strong>✅ Fully remote position<br><br>✅ Competitive compensation<br><br>✅ Consistent loan volume<br><br>✅ Long-term career opportunity<br><br>✅ Supportive and collaborative team environment<br><br>✅ Opportunity for professional growth<br><br>If you are an experienced Residential Mortgage Processor looking to join a stable and growing mortgage company, we would love to hear from you!<br/><br/>Please mention the word **VALIANTLY** and tag RMmEwMTo0Zjk6YzAxMDpkNzNkOjox when applying to show you read the job post completely (#RMmEwMTo0Zjk6YzAxMDpkNzNkOjox).
