With colleagues from over 70 nationalities, we combine diverse perspectives with a shared ambition to learn, grow, and create lasting impact, together. </span></p> </div> <div> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Ready to awaken your best with us?</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></strong></p> </div><div><br></div><div><strong> <span data-teams="true">We are looking for a passionate, highly motivated Senior MS Dynamics Functional Manager to help shape and scale our Finance and Supply Chain systems, working hands-on across the ERP landscape to turn business needs into robust, maintainable ERP solution.</span></strong></div><br><strong>What you'll do:</strong><br><div> <li>Collaborate with the team &amp; stakeholders to gather and validate requirements across the Finance and Supply Chain domains (R2R, O2C, P2P).  </li> <li>Analyze business processes and contribute to the design of ERP solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business goals.&nbsp;</li> <li>Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and configuration inputs.</li> <li>Ensure that functional deliverables meet quality standards and align with ERP configuration best practices.&nbsp;</li> <li>Produce clear and comprehensive documentation of future-state business processes to support solution design, stakeholder alignment, and long-term maintainability.   </li> <li>Perform functional testing of developed features and support go-live readiness activities, including user training, documentation, and post-deployment validation.  </li> <li>Identify and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement in business processes and system usage.</li> <span data-teams="true">&nbsp;</span></div><br><strong>What we're looking for: </strong><br> <li><span data-teams="true">Hands-on experience in ERP systems, with strong functional expertise in one or more of the following domains: Record to Report (R2R), Order to Cash (O2C), or Procure to Pay (P2P).  </span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Previous experience working with Microsoft Dynamics (either Business Central or Finance &amp; Operations) is a must. </span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Proven ability to gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into effective ERP configurations and process improvements. </span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Skilled in documenting business processes and functional designs in a clear, structured, and maintainable format </span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Experience in functional testing, including test case creation and validation of system behavior. </span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Comfortable working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments and actively participating in ceremonies such as planning, reviews, and retrospectives. </span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor the speech according to the audience to work effectively across cross-functional business and technical teams. </span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Detail-oriented and quality-focused, with a commitment to delivering consistent, high-standard functional outputs. </span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Professional fluency in English.</span></li> <br><strong>What we offer: </strong><br><div> <li><strong><em>Maturing Scale-Up</em></strong>: We’re part of the 13–20% of start-ups that transition to scale-up.
