You will be responsible for the execution of elevated brand creative that translates business and marketing objectives into designs that are on-brand, beautiful, and clear to the consumer. This role will be remote.</span></span></p><br><p><br></p><br><p><span>Roles &amp; Responsibilities</span></p><br><ul><br><li><span>Full-time, remote position</span></li><br></ul><br><ul><br><li><span>Collaborate with the creative, product, retail, and marketing team members to design compelling assets across all channels including but not limited to: visual merchandising displays, product packaging, print assets, press-on nail designs, event collateral, marketing mailers, and occasionally email, web, and social assets.&nbsp;</span></li><br><li><span>Ensure on time and accurate delivery of all projects.</span></li><br><li><span>Demonstrate flexibility, organizational skills and the ability to multitask.</span></li><br><li><span>Maintain high brand standards and quality assurance across all work, so that it is cohesive, consistent, inspired, original, and on brand.</span></li><br></ul><br><p><br></p><br><p><span>Qualifications</span></p><br><ul><br><li><span><span>Minimum 3+ years of </span><span>graphic</span><span> design experience in-house, at an agency, or freelance</span></span></li><br><li><span>Maintain a flexible mindset</span></li><br><li><span>Strong collaboration within creative team as well as cross-functional</span></li><br><li><span>Must be proficient on Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop (3D rendering / mockup softwares are a bonus!)</span></li><br><li><span>Strong technical skills (comping and presentation prep)</span></li><br><li><span>Strong 3D rendering skills that can be applied to visual merchandise and product packaging projects</span></li><br><li><span>Strong typography, layout, hierarchy, branding skills</span></li><br><li><span>Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time in a fast paced environment</span></li><br><li><span>Positive attitude</span></li><br><li><span>Detail oriented and organized</span></li><br><li><span>BFA/BA in Graphic/Product Design</span></li><br></ul><br><ul><br><li><span>Experience working in project management software such as Asana, Monday, Workfront or similar</span></li><br><li><span>Experience working in Figma or similar visualization platform</span></li><br><li><span>A love for the beauty industry!</span></li><br></ul> <p><strong>To apply:</strong> <a href="https://weworkremotely.com/remote-jobs/olive-june-director-graphic-design">https://weworkremotely.com/remote-jobs/olive-june-director-graphic-design</a></p>
