We’re the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities.</p><h2><strong>About the role:</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">As an <strong>Onboarding Expert</strong>, you’ll be a key contributor to an excellent onboarding journey for new and reactivated workers on our app. You’ll guide them, cheer them on, solve blockers, and help them take their first step to making a difference.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h1><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></h1><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Make ~60 targeted <strong>outbound calls per day</strong> to Clipboard app users.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Host ~5 pre-booked <strong>15-minute onboarding consultations</strong> <strong>daily</strong>.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Send <strong>follow-up emails and texts</strong> to answer questions and support worker onboarding.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Respond to <strong>inbound messages and support tickets</strong>.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Keep clear documentation of all interactions.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Identify pain points and opportunities</strong> for improvement in the worker experience.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Be the <strong>go-to guide and trusted partner</strong> helping professionals feel confident, supported, and ready to work their first shift.</p></li></ul><h1><strong>What Makes You a Great Fit</strong></h1><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You <strong>enjoy talking to people</strong>, helping them succeed, solving challenges, and getting them excited about Clipboard.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You’re <strong>comfortable making calls</strong> in a phone-heavy, fast-paced environment and love building rapport quickly.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You speak and write English <strong>clearly and professionally</strong>.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You’re organized, <strong>follow through</strong> on tasks, and don’t let things slip.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You’re curious, resourceful, and always looking for the root cause of a problem.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You’re quick with tools and not afraid to learn new systems.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You’re <strong>observant</strong>, recognize pain points and opportunities, and aren't afraid to step in and lead the charge on improvements.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Able to work weekdays in US Eastern Time.</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Experience in inside sales, client onboarding, customer support, or healthcare recruiting is a plus -
