Online Marketing Manager (Performance/Paid Media Specialist)

We help travelers skip the lines and enjoy a seamless, stress-free airport experience — from arrival to departure — through our digital booking platform, currently available at 950+ airports worldwide. We're growing fast and looking for a hands-on marketing specialist to help us reach more discerning travelers.</p> <h2>Tasks</h2> <ul> <li>Planning, launching, and managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max) across different markets</li> <li>Building and refining audience targeting, keyword strategy, and bidding approaches</li> <li>Keeping an eye on organic search performance and making sure our paid and SEO efforts work together, not in silos</li> <li>Monitoring performance and continuously optimizing for ROAS, CPA, and other key metrics</li> <li>Running A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign structures</li> <li>Setting up and maintaining tracking and reporting (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio dashboards) to keep campaign data clean and actionable</li> <li>Preparing regular performance reports and sharing insights with the team</li> <li>Over time, helping set up and manage Meta Ads campaigns (audience building, creative testing, pixel/conversion tracking, budget allocation)</li> </ul> <h2>Requirements</h2> <ul> <li>Solid hands-on experience with Google Ads — you know how to build a campaign from scratch and read the numbers behind it</li> <li>A good understanding of audience targeting, keyword research, and bid strategies</li> <li>Confident with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio (or similar tools) for tracking and reporting</li> <li>Basic SEO knowledge — understanding how paid and organic search complement each other</li> <li>Meta Ads experience is a big plus</li> <li>Experience in service-based industries or travel/tourism is a plus</li> <li>Fluent Russian and English (spoken and written)</li> <li>Analytical mindset and comfort working with performance data</li> <li>Proactive attitude — someone who likes testing ideas and improving results, not just following a checklist</li> </ul> <h2>Benefits</h2> <ul> <li>A friendly team that's always ready to help you settle in and grow</li> <li>Weekly company-sponsored lunches</li> <li>Free drinks in the office</li> <li>Permanent contract</li> </ul> <p>Find more <a href="https://www.arbeitnow.com/english-speaking-jobs">English Speaking Jobs in Germany</a> on Arbeitnow</a>
