Mytheresa ensures a fast and equal hiring process.</p> <p>To support team SEO we are searching for an Online Marketing Manager SEO (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.</p> <h2>Tasks</h2> <p>WHAT YOU WILL DO</p> <ul> <li>Technical Excellence: You lead technical SEO audits and manage site architecture to ensure optimal crawling and indexing for our global platform.</li> <li>AI Innovation: You identify and implement AI driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and stay ahead of industry trends.</li> <li>Global Coordination: You support the SEO strategy for our international storefronts and ensure that technical standards are met across all regions.</li> <li>Cross functional Collaboration: You work closely with Product and Engineering departments to prioritize technical SEO enhancements and translate them into actionable requirements.</li> <li>Performance Monitoring: You analyze organic search performance using enterprise level tools and provide data driven recommendations for growt</li> </ul> <h2>Requirements</h2> <p>WHO YOU ARE</p> <ul> <li>Experience: You have four+ years of experience in SEO with a strong track record in e-commerce or a similar fast paced environment.</li> <li>Technical Skills: You have: Strong understanding of HTML and JavaScript SEO. Hands-on experience with crawling, indexing, site architecture, structured data, and international SEO. Experience with technical SEO and monitoring tools, including Screaming Frog, Oncrawl, Google Search Console, Semrush and similar platforms.</li> <li>AI Affinity: You have a strong interest in leveraging AI technologies to optimize SEO workflows and improve data analysis.</li> <li>Communication: You are a fluent English speaker with the ability to communicate complex technical topics to various stakeholders.
