We are a Series A company with approximately 40 people across London, New York, San Francisco, and Boston.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>The Opportunity</h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">We are hiring an Operations Associate to serve as a critical operational backbone for our fast-growing GTM team and manage our central London hub.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><br />This is a dynamic, multi-faceted role for a proactive problem-solver who enjoys working across data, technology, project management, and day-to-day office operations. You will sit at the intersection of revenue operations, business operations, and local team enablement—ensuring our GTM processes run cleanly while maintaining a great working environment in our UK office.<br />You will work closely with our VP of GTM Strategy &amp; Operations and cross-functional leaders, gaining direct exposure to how a high-growth AI company scales its commercial engine and internal infrastructure.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>What You Will Own</h2><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>GTM &amp; Revenue Operations Support:</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Data Quality &amp; Hygiene:</strong> Maintain high data integrity by executing data cleaning and deduplication across multiple platforms, including Clay and HubSpot.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Front-Line Tech Support:</strong> Serve as the primary Slack support contact for our GTM team, troubleshooting day-to-day tech issues and tool workflows.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Special Projects:</strong> Partner directly with the VP of GTM Strategy &amp; Operations on high-priority initiatives across business operations, finance operations, revenue operations, and ad-hoc commercial tasks.</p></li></ul><h2><strong>Project Management &amp; Execution:</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Keep cross-functional projects on track by coordinating stakeholder teams, monitoring milestones, and ensuring clear communication across dependencies.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Document lightweight operational processes to help the team scale efficiently.</p></li></ul><h2><strong>London Office Management:</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own the day-to-day operations of the UK office in London, ensuring the space is always fully stocked, organized, well-maintained, and set up for team success.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Coordinate local vendor relationships, supplies, and office logistics to foster an inviting, productive workplace.</p></li></ul><h2>What Success Looks Like</h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">Within your first several quarters:</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Our CRM and GTM platforms (HubSpot, Clay) maintain a high bar of data accuracy and cleanliness.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Day-to-day GTM tool issues are resolved quickly on Slack, keeping revenue reps focused on selling.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Cross-functional projects driven by GTM Strategy &amp; Operations land on time with clear stakeholder alignment.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">The London office runs seamlessly as a functional, vibrant hub for the local team and visiting colleagues.</p></li></ul><h2>What We Are Looking For</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Operational Drive:</strong> Proven ability to manage multiple distinct workstreams—from data tasks to office logistics—with high attention to detail and follow-through.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Tech-Savvy &amp; Adaptable:</strong> Comfort working with or learning GTM tools.
