You’ll rotate across three core areas of the business, building practical experience across the full stack of how a high-growth B2B SaaS company operates.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Operations</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Get hands-on with how we deploy our AI platform into veterinary practices at scale, from onboarding to go-live</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build foundational product and project management skills, progressing from supervised delivery to owning full implementations independently</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Develop deep expertise in how practices operate, how our software fits into clinical workflows, and how to drive adoption across different types of users</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Growth &amp; Client Team</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work across commercial functions; lead generation, sales support, and the full sales cycle on the Growth side</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage live customer relationships on the Client side, implementing value-driving features and helping improve how our Success team operates</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Get close to customers and develop a sharp commercial instinct for what makes vets switch, stay, and expand</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Product</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Bridge commercial insight and technical delivery, contributing to QA, roadmap discovery, and how we prioritise based on real-world feedback</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work alongside PMs to shape product decisions based on what you’ve seen in the field</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Help craft the ins and outs of a genuinely AI-native health tech platform from the inside</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Your background looks something like:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">0–2 years of experience in a high-growth startup, tier 1 management consultancy, VC fund, or investment bank — strong internships count</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Minimum 2:1 from a top university</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Commercially minded — you think about why things matter, not just how they work</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong communicator who can explain complex ideas clearly and simply, to both technical and non-technical audiences</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Organised and reliable: you follow through, keep things moving, and don’t need to be chased</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>As a person, you:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Are curious by nature, you ask good questions, actually listen to the answers, and connect dots across different parts of the business</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Get energised by ambiguity rather than slowed down by it. you move fast and figure things out as you go</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Want to own things early, not watch from the sidelines.
