At NoGigiddy, you'll keep projects on track, processes organized, and the team moving efficiently across a fast-paced remote environment. No degree required — just exceptional organization, clear communication, and a bias toward getting things done.</p><p>RESPONSIBILITIES<br>Coordinate projects and workflows across departments — content, marketing, partnerships, and support<br>Maintain project management tools and ensure tasks are assigned, tracked, and closed<br>Schedule and facilitate team meetings — set agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items<br>Identify process inefficiencies and help implement improvements<br>Manage internal documentation — SOPs, templates, and company wikis<br>Handle vendor and contractor onboarding and offboarding logistics<br>Support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and operational tasks<br>REQUIREMENTS<br>No degree required<br>Exceptional organizational skills — nothing falls through the cracks on your watch<br>Strong written and verbal communication across a remote team<br>Proficient with project management tools (Notion, Asana, ClickUp, or similar)<br>Proactive and solutions-oriented — you fix problems before they become fires<br>Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a lean, fast-moving environment<br>BENEFITS<br>Hourly pay of $17–$25/hr<br>Fully remote<br>High visibility across the entire organization<br>Growth path into operations management or chief of staff track<br>Access to the full NoGigiddy earning opportunity network</p><p>Equal Opportunity Employer.
