Operations Intern → Full-Time

<h3>About the Role</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is not a classic ops internship. We don't want someone who <em>manages</em> operations — we want someone who <strong>automates them away</strong>. You'll report directly to a founder and own real parts of the business from day one: no slide decks, no shadow work, no coffee runs. If something is broken, you fix it. If something is manual, you kill it.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a <strong>3–6 month paid internship</strong> with a clear path to convert into a full-time Operations role for the right person. We're a pre-seed healthtech startup building a personalized preventive health platform — biomarker testing, clinician-reviewed insights, and concierge support for members across Europe.</p><h3>What You'll Do</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own the customer experience end-to-end: onboarding, blood draw scheduling, results delivery, and retention</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Coordinate multi-stakeholder partnerships across Europe — lab partners, phlebotomy clinics, and supplement manufacturers</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and maintain internal ops tooling and automation workflows using <strong>n8n, Make, Zapier, Notion, Linear, and Airtable</strong></p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Write Python scripts to eliminate repetitive manual work</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Design and scale operational playbooks so we can grow to 10× the customers without 10× the headcount</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify process gaps and drive fixes independently, with speed and low overhead</p></li></ul><h3>What We're Looking For</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Hard requirements (dealbreakers):</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Native German proficiency</strong> — you will communicate daily with German clinics, partners, and customers</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Fluent English</strong> (written and spoken)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Eligible to work in Germany; <strong>visa sponsorship is not available</strong></p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Able to work <strong>on-site in Berlin, Monday–Friday</strong> (in-person presence required)</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Required skills &amp; experience:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">0–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a related field</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Pursuing or recently graduated from a rigorous program (engineering, business, life sciences, or computer science)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make) and Python scripting</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience building internal tooling with Notion, Linear, and/or Airtable</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience coordinating complex, multi-party partnerships — ideally across European markets</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven track record of owning customer experience end-to-end</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Owner mindset: fast execution, comfort with ambiguity, and a bias toward action</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Genuine enthusiasm for preventive health and longevity</p></li></ul><h3>Compensation &amp; Benefits</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Salary:</strong> €30,000–€36,000 annually (internship rate; full-time compensation reviewed upon conversion)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Internship duration: 3–6 months with a defined full-time conversion path</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Direct exposure to founding-team decision-making and real ownership from day one</p></li></ul><h3>Location</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Berlin, Germany</strong> — fully on-site, Monday through Friday</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Remote work is not available for this role</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Visa sponsorship is <strong>not</strong> provided</p></li></ul><p>Find more <a href="https://www.arbeitnow.com/english-speaking-jobs">English Speaking Jobs in Germany</a> on Arbeitnow</a>
