Operations Manager

<p>We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to support the day-to-day coordination of CXC Upstream's international operations. Working closely with senior leadership, you will help ensure projects, corporate initiatives and operational activities are delivered efficiently across our offices and mining operations.</p><p>This is a varied role requiring someone who is highly organised, commercially minded and comfortable managing multiple priorities across different business functions. You will act as a central point of coordination between corporate teams, operational leadership and external partners, helping drive consistency, accountability and continuous improvement across the Group.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate operational activities across the Group, ensuring priorities are delivered on time and to a high standard.</li><li>Develop, implement and continuously improve operational processes, policies and standard operating procedures.</li><li>Monitor key operational projects, tracking progress, risks and actions while ensuring timely reporting to senior leadership.</li><li>Support cross-functional collaboration between corporate departments and mining operations to improve communication and execution.</li><li>Manage relationships with key external suppliers, consultants and service providers, ensuring quality, performance and value.</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs and strengthen internal controls.</li><li>Coordinate executive travel, logistics and operational support where required across the Group's international locations.</li><li>Prepare operational reports, dashboards and management information to support business decision-making.</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal governance standards, health and safety requirements and applicable regulatory obligations.</li><li>Support the delivery of strategic initiatives, acquisitions, business integration projects and other corporate priorities as required.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 5 years' experience in an Operations Manager or similar business operations role.</li><li>Experience working within mining, natural resources, infrastructure, aviation, logistics or another operationally complex international business would be advantageous.</li><li>Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.</li><li>Strong commercial awareness and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.</li><li>Experience developing operational processes and driving continuous improvement.</li><li>Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work confidently across all levels of an organisation.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>High level of discretion, professionalism and attention to detail.</li><li>Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.</li><li>Willingness to travel internationally when required.</li></ul><p></p><br/><br/>Please mention the word **MARVELED** and tag RMmEwMTo0Zjk6NmE6MTY2YTo6Mg== when applying to show you read the job post completely (#RMmEwMTo0Zjk6NmE6MTY2YTo6Mg==).
