Operations Process & Systems Manager

<p style="min-height:1.5em">As Operations Process &amp; Systems Manager, you will take full ownership of the systems our Operations team runs on and the processes that connect them, so every pergola we sell moves smoothly from purchase order to delivered order and after-sales. You’ll bring structure and clarity: owning our WMS, ERP and OMS, documenting how we work across markets, and partnering with internal tech, external vendors and our AI specialist to remove manual work at scale. This role is based in our Frankfurt office and requires regular visits to our warehouse in Fulda.
