Oracle Fusion Solution Architect

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The Role..&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;We are seeking an experienced &lt;strong&gt;Oracle Fusion Solution Architect&lt;/strong&gt; to lead the optimisation of our recently implemented Oracle Fusion Cloud suite of applications. This role bridges business requirements and technical delivery, ensuring Oracle Fusion solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned to organisational strategy.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;This is a hands-on role where you will do detailed design as well as strategy.&amp;nbsp; You will work closely with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, technical teams, and managed service delivery partner to embed and evolve our end-to-end Oracle Fusion solutions across multiple functional areas.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;The role is to be based at our 180 Strand Offices, with occasional travel to our Milton Keynes site required.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities..&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Functional Architecture &amp;amp; Solution Design&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Own the &lt;strong&gt;functional solution architecture&lt;/strong&gt; for Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations and enhancements.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Translate complex business requirements into &lt;strong&gt;fit-for-purpose Oracle Fusion designs&lt;/strong&gt;, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Define end-to-end &lt;strong&gt;business processes, configurations, and integrations&lt;/strong&gt; across Oracle Fusion modules and the source/target systems.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Lead functional design workshops, solution walkthroughs, and design authority forums.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Troubleshoot issues with stakeholder groups and propose solutions&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Stakeholder Management&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Act as the &lt;strong&gt;functional authority&lt;/strong&gt; for Oracle Fusion.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Engage business stakeholders to validate requirements, designs, and solution impacts.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Collaborate with technical architects, developers and our managed service partner.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Provide guidance and support to finance teams across the organisation.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Implementation &amp;amp; Governance&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Oversee functional configuration, data migration approaches, reporting, and security design.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Ensure solutions comply with &lt;strong&gt;financial controls, audit, regulatory, and security requirements&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Support testing phases (SIT, UAT) including defect triage and resolution.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Support business as usual issues investigation and resolution.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Contribute to release planning, change management, and deployment readiness.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Continuous Improvement&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Identify opportunities to optimise business processes using Oracle Fusion capabilities.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Stay current with Oracle Fusion Cloud releases and recommend improvements.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Required Experience &amp;amp; Skills&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Essential&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Extensive experience as a &lt;strong&gt;Functional Architect or Lead Consultant&lt;/strong&gt; on Oracle Fusion Cloud programmes.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Strong hands-on knowledge of one or more Oracle Fusion modules, such as:&lt;/li&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Procurement&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Projects&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;HCM&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;SCM&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Proven experience delivering &lt;strong&gt;end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Strong understanding of &lt;strong&gt;business processes, controls, and enterprise architectures&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Ability to lead functional design authority and influence senior stakeholders.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Desirable&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Experience working in complex, international organisations.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Knowledge of Oracle Fusion integrations (OIC), reporting, and analytics.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Familiarity with agile and waterfall delivery methodologies.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Experience working with systems integrators or transformation programmes.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;div&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Benefits…&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Soho House offers competitive compensation packages that feature global benefits and perks.
