As a full-time manager, you will take an active role in mentoring and coaching a diverse mix of direct reports to build a high-performing team</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Motivate and performance-manage your team to achieve individual and team targets</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Set short, medium, and long-term goals with your reports and support them in their development toward them</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Lead the implementation of continuous improvement to drive the team forward</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Provide team members with regular feedback by holding 1:1s, KPI reviews, and call shadowing sessions</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Champion best practice initiatives and ensure internal controls and policies are adhered to.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage stakeholders and regularly report/present on team performance</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Coach direct reports to help them hit targets and develop their sales skills</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Be a leader and display leadership qualities consistent with Funding Circle value</p></li></ul><h2><strong>What we’re looking for 🌱</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">We value deep expertise, but a growth mindset and good energy are what really make our team click.
