OVERNIGHT SHIFT Retail Merchandiser

<strong>Summary:<br><br></strong>Reporting to the Overnight Supervisor, the Overnight Task Team Outfitter assists in the overall operational function of the retail store by reducing the amount of non-selling tasks conducted by the Sales Outfitters, allowing them to focus on legendary customer service and selling opportunities.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Conducts general replenishment for all areas including Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Marine/Water Sports, Apparel, Footwear, Hunt Clothing and Gifts.</li><li>Supports inventory management in partnership with the Inventory Control team by completing on demand counts, empty peg scanning, display integrities, etc.</li><li>Performs temporary and permanent price change execution including tagging, signage and inventory adjustment review.</li><li>Performs recovery tasks across departments including folding, repackaging, sorting, facing and re-hanging.</li><li>Supports visual merchandising for assigned areas including fixture replacement, updating signage, updating end caps, visual merchandising directives, floor moves and mannequin dressing, prep and setup of merchandise for ads and perform resets for assigned departments when required.</li><li>Support planogram execution and maintenance through all hardlines departments.</li><li>Supports OMNI fulfillment during peak business.</li><li>Demonstrates exceptional customer service and ensures a pleasant shopping experience for all customers.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications:<br><br></strong><ul><li>One or more years’ experience in a sales or service environment is preferred.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with planograms and visual merchandising is preferred.</li><li>Ability to identify and replenish out of stock or low stock inventory.</li><li>Available to work overnight shifts.</li><li>Ability to provide superior customer service.</li><li>Ability to use good judgment and logic.</li><li>Experience in a related field or outdoor lifestyle.</li><li>Knowledge of Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s specific products is an asset.<br><br></li></ul>Bass Pro Shops &amp; Cabela’s welcomes applications from people with disabilities.<br><br>Accommodations are available upon request during the assessment and selection process.<br><br><strong>Benefits<br><br></strong><ul><li>Enjoy discounts on retail merchandise, our restaurants, world-class resorts and conservation attractions! </li><li>Fun work environment </li><li>Competitive wages </li><li>Excellent benefits </li><li>Unlimited career advancement opportunities </li><li>Bass Pro Cares Fund <br><br></li></ul>Bass Pro Shops<br/><br/>Please mention the word **CONSUMMATE** and tag RMmEwMTo0Zjg6MTQxOjQyMjk6OjI= when applying to show you read the job post completely (#RMmEwMTo0Zjg6MTQxOjQyMjk6OjI=).
