Paid Media Specialist

<p>Noventra Group Europe works with selected brands, suppliers, and retail partners across the European market, with a focus on product sourcing, procurement support, and commercial retail collaboration.</p> <p> </p> <p>As our partner brands continue to expand their presence across European retail channels, we are looking for a Remote Paid Media Specialist to support campaign coordination, audience research, paid advertising, and market development activities across Meta Ads and Google Ads.</p> <p> </p> <p>In this role, you will help promote selected brand and product initiatives, support campaign setup, analyze performance data, research audiences, and provide clear recommendations to improve campaign results.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p> <p>- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads</p> <p>- Support product and brand campaign research for European markets</p> <p>- Research audiences, competitors, and campaign angles across retail categories</p> <p>- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement</p> <p>- Test creatives, ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies</p> <p>- Prepare clear performance reports with actionable recommendations</p> <p>- Work with the internal team to improve campaign structure, budget allocation, and conversion performance</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <p>- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads</p> <p>- Understanding of campaign structure, conversion tracking, retargeting, and A/B testing</p> <p>- Ability to read campaign data and make practical optimization decisions</p> <p>- Good written English for reports and internal communication</p> <p>- Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working remotely</p> <p>- Experience with eCommerce, retail, lead generation, procurement, or European markets is a plus</p> <p> </p> <p>This is a fully remote role open to candidates worldwide.
