This is not a campaign management role — you will define how paid social drives growth, combining creative strategy, automation, and platform execution across Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels.</p> <p>You’ll build a creative-first growth engine, scaling high-quality acquisition in a competitive, regulated category.</p> </div> </div><br><strong>You'll be:</strong><br> <li>Defining best-in-class approach across Meta, TikTok and beyond</li> <li>Setting direction on asset mix (video vs static), formats (Reels, Stories, Feed), and creative types (UGC vs hi-fi) etc.</li> <li>Developing clear POVs on what works, why, and what to test next</li> <li>Building and running a <strong>high-velocity creative system</strong> (hundreds of assets/month)</li> <li>Translating performance into actionable creative insights and hypotheses</li> <li>Partnering with creative teams to deliver platform-native, performance-led output</li> <li>Designing workflows to support <strong>1,000+ concurrent ads</strong></li> <li>Implementing modular frameworks (e.g. Hook × Body × CTA for video)</li> <li>Defining account structures for modern algorithmic bidding environments</li> <li>Leading testing across creative, bidding, and landing experiences</li> <li>Scaling efficiently while navigating platform constraints and restrictions</li> <li>Owning how data feeds performance (CAPI, event design, value-based optimisation)</li> <li>Using tools like Motion and BI platforms to identify winning patterns</li> <br><strong>We're looking for someone who has: </strong><br><div> <li>7+ years in Paid Social with experience scaling high-spend accounts</li> <li>Strong, opinionated understanding of:&nbsp;Video vs static, UGC vs hi-fi AND&nbsp;Platform-native formats (Meta &amp;
