Our mission is to provide great jobs to talented people, no matter where they are located.<br><br>Our client is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer (DTC) men's apparel brand focused on creating comfort-first essentials, including shorts, tees, hoodies, and pants.</p><p><strong>Role Overview:</strong><br>We're looking for a <strong>Senior Web Developer</strong> with deep Shopify expertise and a strong conversion-rate optimization (CRO) mindset. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical execution, performance optimization, and experimentation to maximize revenue from paid traffic.<br><br>You will own the development, optimization, and continuous improvement of Shopify landing pages and storefront experiences. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to launch conversion-focused experiences, execute A/B tests, improve site performance, and ensure accurate tracking across the customer journey.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Build and launch high-converting Shopify landing pages designed for cold paid traffic. </li><li> Develop and customize Shopify themes using Liquid, Online Store 2.0 architecture, sections, blocks, and metafields. </li><li> Implement ongoing theme updates, enhancements, and custom functionality. </li><li> Optimize layouts, product pages, collection pages, and landing page experiences. </li><li> Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and multivariate experiments. </li><li> Continuously improve user experience, offers, messaging, and conversion paths. </li><li> Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to identify testing opportunities and growth initiatives. </li><li> Leverage performance data to make informed recommendations and improvements. </li><li> Optimize page speed and Core Web Vitals across desktop and mobile. </li><li> Ensure mobile-first performance and usability standards. </li><li> Maintain clean, scalable, and high-quality code standards. </li><li> Troubleshoot and resolve front-end performance issues. </li><li> Implement and maintain an accurate tracking infrastructure. </li><li> Manage Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager (GTM). </li><li> Ensure event tracking accuracy across the conversion funnel. </li><li> Support reporting and attribution initiatives through reliable data collection.</li></ul><br><br><strong>Requirements</strong><br><ul><ul><li>5+ years of professional web development experience. </li><li> Proven track record developing and optimizing Shopify stores for DTC brands. </li><li> Expert-level Shopify development skills, including: Liquid, Shopify Online Store 2.0 , Sections and Blocks, Metafields, and Theme Architecture </li></ul><ul><li> Strong proficiency in: HTML, CSS, Vanilla JavaScript </li></ul><ul><li> Demonstrable experience running and implementing CRO, A/B testing, and experimentation programs. </li><li> Strong understanding of mobile-first design and development principles. </li><li> Hands-on experience optimizing page speed and Core Web Vitals. </li><li> Experience implementing and maintaining: Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM) </li></ul></ul><p><strong>Nice-to-Have Qualifications</strong></p><ul><ul><li> Experience with CRO and experimentation platforms such as: Intelligems, Convert, and VWO </li></ul><ul><li> Experience with Shopify page builders, including: Replo, Shogun, GemPages, PageFly </li></ul><ul><li> Strong visual design instincts and ability to collaborate from Figma designs. </li><li> Experience working in high-growth DTC e-commerce environments. </li><li> Familiarity with paid social acquisition funnels and Meta advertising ecosystems.</li></ul></ul><br><br><strong>Benefits</strong><br><ul><li>Remote Working for US Company</li><li>Competitive Salary</li></ul> <p><strong>To apply:</strong> <a href="https://weworkremotely.com/remote-jobs/paired-senior-web-developer-for-a-dtc-company-us-based-remote">https://weworkremotely.com/remote-jobs/paired-senior-web-developer-for-a-dtc-company-us-based-remote</a></p>
