proactive Tech Lead who takes ownership of our technology landscape and drives execution across our mobile app, web platform, and backend ecosystem.</p> <p>You will serve as the primary technical counterpart to our founders, Product Manager, and development team, ensuring that business goals are translated into scalable and high-quality technical solutions.</p> <p>This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in startups, thinking strategically, solving technical challenges, and leading developers without unnecessary bureaucracy.</p> <h2>Tasks</h2> <ul> <li>Act as the technical owner of the Louco platform</li> <li>Lead and support our development team in day-to-day execution</li> <li>Serve as the bridge between business, product, and engineering</li> <li>Translate business requirements into technical solutions and development tasks</li> <li>Work closely with Product Management to define technical requirements and priorities</li> <li>Review architecture decisions, code quality, scalability, and technical feasibility</li> <li>Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, and release planning</li> <li>Identify technical risks and proactively propose solutions</li> <li>Support API integrations with external partners and third-party platforms</li> <li>Coordinate technical implementation across mobile app, backend, and web platform</li> <li>Ensure development follows best practices and quality standards</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement of development processes and workflows</li> <li>Evaluate and introduce modern technologies, AI tools, and automation opportunities</li> <li>Support QA processes, feature validation, and release readiness</li> </ul> <h2>Requirements</h2> <p><strong>Required Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Senior Software Engineer, Engineering Manager, Technical Project Manager, Product Owner, or similar leadership role in software development environments</li> <li>Strong experience leading, mentoring, and coordinating development teams</li> <li>Experience acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, product management, and engineering teams</li> <li>Hands-on experience managing and delivering mobile application projects (iOS and Android)</li> <li>Experience working with Flutter-based applications</li> <li>Strong understanding of modern web, mobile, and backend architectures</li> <li>Solid knowledge of REST APIs, third-party integrations, authentication systems, and platform ecosystems</li> <li>Experience with Agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, sprint planning, backlog management, and release management</li> <li>Experience using Jira and modern project management tools</li> <li>Understanding of cloud infrastructure, scalability, performance optimization, and software architecture</li> <li>Experience coordinating QA testing, feature validation, and production releases</li> <li>Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills</li> <li>Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with AI-powered products, recommendation systems, or machine learning-driven applications</li> <li>Familiarity with AI tools that improve software development, productivity, and automation</li> <li>Experience with Supabase, Firebase, AWS, or modern cloud platforms</li> <li>Experience in startups or early-stage companies</li> <li>Experience with event, marketplace, SaaS, consumer, or platform businesses</li> <li>Experience scaling products from
