<p style="min-height:1.5em">We seek a detail-oriented and proactive <strong>Virtual Assistant & Affiliate Recruiter</strong> to manage reviews across various Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and our market exposure. </p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h3><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h3><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>1. Travel Booking & Management:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Book accommodations, flights, and other travel-related services on platforms like Airbnb, <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="http://Booking.com" rel="nofollow ugc noopener" target="_blank">Booking.com</a>, Expedia, and others.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ensure all bookings align with client preferences, budgets, and schedules.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage reservations, modifications, and cancellations as needed.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>2. Team Expansion & Recruitment:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify potential individuals who can assist with travel bookings.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Promote the opportunity to work as a travel assistant under a commission-based model.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Onboard and guide new team members on how to effectively book trips using OTAs.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Track and manage performance, ensuring successful transactions and client satisfaction.</p></li></ul><h3></h3><h3><strong>Compensation:</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Commission per successful booking.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Additional commission for every new team member recruited who completes bookings.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em">This role is ideal for someone with a passion for travel, networking, and remote work flexibility.
