This is a multifaceted, client-facing role with a strong technical component.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>This role will own</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner relationship management</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Onboarding and implementation</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Account growth and expansion</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>What you will be doing</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Owning client relationships from onboarding to account expansion, ensuring partners unlock full value from our products by aligning our tech with their evolving needs</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Providing go-to-market insights on user propositions, communication strategies, and market positioning</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Managing post-implementation relationships with clients after go-live, drive continuous improvement and opportunity to deepen engagement or grow the account</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Acting as a conduit between partners and engineering teams creating fast, structured feedback loops that help translate field insights into meaningful product enhancements</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Creating scalable processes (and design scalable products) across diverse customer segments</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Making data-driven decisions &amp; improvements, internally and externally</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>What's in it for you</h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">A meaningful slice of equity in Axle, alongside a competitive salary, with total compensation ranging from £75k–£200k (base salary + equity). </p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We operate with a deliberately flat structure and aim to keep pay equitable across the company, with a 1:1 median ratio between founder and team compensation.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Enhanced parental leave to support you through life's meaningful moments.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Bi-annual retreats to strengthen team connection &amp; shared purpose.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Hybrid working - We have a dog-friendly office around Farringdon.
