You’ll also contribute to our international payroll operations and HR automation roadmap, leveraging Workday and AI-powered tools to make our processes more efficient, reliable, and scalable.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Reporting to the Lead Payroll &amp; People Operations, you’ll combine hands-on payroll expertise, and end to end payroll cycle in house , close collaboration with external providers (international), and a continuous improvement mindset.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): 🏅</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Own and manage French payroll</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own the end-to-end French payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments for approximately 300 employees in house payroll.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collect and verify payroll inputs, review payslips, perform reconciliations, and ensure the accuracy of taxes, social security contributions, and other payroll-related payments.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage employee lifecycle changes, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring all payroll-related information and documentation are accurate and up to date in SIRH</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Handle recurring legal and social declarations, including DSN submissions and year-end declarations.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Monitor changes in French payroll regulations and employment legislation, working closely with our Legal team to ensure compliance.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Maintain accurate payroll records, documentation, and reporting to support audits and ensure reliable processes.</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work closely with external payroll and benefits providers, as well as local administrations when needed, to ensure smooth and compliant operations.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Drive People Operations and payroll automation</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Contribute to the implementation and optimisation of Workday, our HR core system, to automate People Operations workflows and payroll preparation.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Explore opportunities to leverage AI and automation to streamline payroll processes, reduce manual tasks, and improve data accuracy.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify opportunities to improve existing processes, documentation, and benefits administration, including health insurance and lunch card registrations.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Help build scalable, efficient, and well-documented processes as our organisation continues to grow.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Provide a great employee experience</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Respond to employees’ payroll and People Operations questions in a timely, clear, and approachable manner.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee issues with care and attention to detail.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Communicate payroll-related changes proactively, ensuring employees feel informed and supported.</p></li></ul><h2><strong>YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF ⭐</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>You have:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">4-6+ years of hands-on experience processing French payroll, with a strong understanding of French social security, tax requirements, and employment legislation.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience managing end-to-end payroll operations, including payroll inputs, payslip checks, reconciliations, and social declarations.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience working with external payroll providers and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong analytical skills, excellent organisational skills, and exceptional attention to detail.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Fluency in both French and English, enabling you to communicate effectively in an international environment.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A structured, autonomous, and proactive approach, with a strong sense of ownership and a continuous improvement mindset.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience with ADP Decidium or other French payroll systems.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Exposure to international payroll operations and multi-country payroll providers.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience with
