You will join Prévenir at a very early stage and help build the foundations of our People and administrative operations as the company scales. This role is particularly suited to someone who has already experienced a fast-growth environment, whether in a start-up, scale-up or during a 0-to-100 journey.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We're in the early chapters: this isn't about running existing processes — it's about creating them from scratch so they hold up at much larger scale. The role brings a product mindset to People operations, where every key moment of the employee experience is carefully designed, with a constant focus on simplicity and automation. You'll work closely with Lucie, who makes the final calls depending on topic complexity and supports you as you grow into autonomy.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Your time is split between:</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Employee journey:</strong> onboarding, probation-period tracking, setting up and running performance reviews, feedback processes, and monitoring team engagement.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Documentation & operational efficiency:</strong> writing clear, user-centric documentation, spotting friction, simplifying or automating recurring processes. You leverage AI to multiply the impact of your work.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>People admin:</strong> leave and absence management, payroll back-and-forth, contracting and employee administrative follow-up, onboarding formalities and affiliations (health/provident insurance, occupational health), GDPR compliance.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Operational finance:</strong> expense reports, preparing and sending accounting documents to Impulsa, preparing routine filings (including VAT).</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em">Over time, this person will take ownership of payroll management in coordination with our accounting partner, with training and support.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>👤 The profile we're looking for</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Essential:</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">At least 5-6 years of experience in People Ops, very hands-on, and comfortable with admin topics (e.g., managing the relationship with an accounting firm)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Previous experience in a fast-scaling company, start-up or scale-up, ideally having helped build or scale People processes during a period of significant growth.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Business curiosity: genuinely interested in what's happening on the business side, and able to connect your work to where the company is heading</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Versatility across People and Corporate/Admin topics, with a strong People focus</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Rigour and rock-solid attention to detail</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Autonomy: you don't wait to be told there's a problem — you spot it, bring a solution, and know when to loop someone in on the tricky ones</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Demonstrated interest in automating and improving recurring processes, and genuine enthusiasm for AI</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Comfort interacting with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior profiles when needed</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Fluent English (written and spoken) to interact with the Alan team</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Based in Paris or the Île-de-France region, with the ability to work onsite regularly, ideally three days per week or more.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ideally:</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience in MedTech or in a start-up / scale-up</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Sensitivity to the medical world (professional or personal)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Note: a 100% Occupational Health background may not be the right cultural fit, but worth testing</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">🙏 <strong>What we offer</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Location</strong>: 117 Quai de Valmy, Paris 10th, in a brand-new centre designed to support high-quality practice</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Base salary</strong>: between <strong>€53,000 and €61,000 gross per year</strong>, depending on experience and level</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Profit-sharing scheme</strong>: <strong>10%</strong>, in line with Prévenir’s framework</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Benefits</strong>: daily transport costs covered, company restaurant, RTT days and regular team events<br /></p></li></ul><p>Find more <a href="https://www.arbeitnow.fr/english-speaking-jobs">English Speaking Jobs in France</a> on Arbeitnow</a>
