And beyond.</p><h2>What you will do</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Employee experience</strong> — own the pre-boarding and onboarding operations end to end, and continuously improve the process so every new Alaner's first weeks feel smooth and well-supported.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>People operations</strong> — get hands-on with the fundamentals of HR and be the first point of contact for Alaners navigating day-to-day requests.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Individual situations</strong> — shadow, then gradually own simple individual situations, learning how to guide leads and coaches through sensitive conversations with care and structure.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Learning and developmen</strong>t — coordinate and improve our training programmes for leads and coaches, help measure their real-world impact, and iterate based on what the data tells you.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Automation and AI</strong> — spot what is still manual and should not be, then build the automations to fix it. We use Claude and Dust — you will too.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Data and reporting</strong> — track key People metrics, turn them into clear insights, and make sure the team always knows what is working and what is not.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Documentation</strong> — write and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation so Alaners can self-serve and leads can act with confidence without always needing to ask.</p></li></ul><h2>Perks and Benefits</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>All the tools you need</strong>.
