This role sits at an exciting intersection — you'll be deeply embedded with your European counterparts while also partnering closely with our US-based teams to help bridge and strengthen our global company.</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner closely with leaders and managers across Europe Engineering, Product &amp; Design, and G&amp;A teams to support a full range of people situations (performance, org health, change management, etc)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build strong relationships across your client groups — earning trust quickly and developing a deep understanding of the business context in Europe across multiple regions (Ukraine, Germany, Poland)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Serve as a key bridge between Europe and US counterparts, bringing a global lens to how we design and deliver people programs, and helping ensure our practices work well across geographies</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support talent processes, including performance management, talent reviews, and calibrations — partnering with managers to maintain a high and consistent bar</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate with the broader People team (L&amp;D, Compensation, Ops, Recruiting) to help run and deliver programs and projects that serve your client groups</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with leaders, finance, and recruiting on headcount planning and team structure conversations, translating business needs into the right people investments</p></li></ul><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><h2><strong>Qualifications</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">3+ years of people partner or HR business partner experience, ideally with exposure to global or multi-region companies</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience supporting Engineering, Product, Design, and/or G&amp;A orgs is preferred</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Demonstrated ability to build high-trust relationships with managers and leaders, and to show up as a credible, strategic partner</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong judgment in navigating employee situations with speed, structure, and genuine care</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Understanding of the cultural and employment landscape across key European markets</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Comfortable working across time zones and geographies — you understand what it takes to bridge a global company and bring people together</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience partnering with other People teams and business partners like Finance and Recruiting</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ready to roll up your sleeves and figure out and build the right solutions with cross-functional partners, not just execute established processes</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and can operate proactively with independence</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><u>Nice to Have:</u></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Prior exposure to compensation review processes or pay equity analysis</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience in a compound startup, multi-product company, or post-acquisition environment</p><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div></li></ul><h2><strong>Support for you, professionally and personally</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><em>Professional growth: </em>We believe that autonomy and trust are key to empowering our team members to do their best, most innovative work in a way that aligns with their interests, talents, and well-being.
