You'll constantly look for ways to improve processes, automate manual work, and raise the bar across every employee touchpoint.</p><h2><strong>Where You'll Make An Impact</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Workplace:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Create a workplace that is organised, energising and enables the team to perform at their best.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring spaces, meeting rooms and equipment are always ready for use.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage workplace technology, inventory and supplies, proactively identifying improvements before they become problems.</p></li></ul></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Operations:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate with our People Operations Partner to continually improve onboarding and offboarding experiences.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Maintain accurate employee data and documentation across our people systems.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Continuously improve internal documentation, the People Wiki and operational processes.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Automate repetitive processes wherever possible, helping the People team scale efficiently.</p></li></ul></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Culture and Engagement:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Launch initiatives that strengthen team connection, including buddy programmes, coffee chats and other engagement activities.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Coordinate inspiring fireside chats, team meetings and internal events.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Plan quarterly socials and wellbeing initiatives aligned to Healf's four wellbeing pillars.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Gather feedback from employees and identify opportunities to improve the overall employee experience.</p></li></ul></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What You'll Bring</strong></p><h3><strong>Essential</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Naturally proactive;
