As a Working Student, you will contribute to both our daily operations and these exciting change initiatives.&nbsp;</p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p><strong>IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL</strong> </p><ul><li><p>Support the People Operations team in day-to-day HR operations, including&nbsp;HR service requests, employee documentation, sick leave administration, and HR mailbox management.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Prepare payroll-related topics, employee benefits administration, contract drafts, certificates, and employment references.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Contribute to HR systems and digital projects by supporting testing activities, data quality checks, and system validations.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Maintain documentation, templates, shared folders, knowledge bases, and collaboration platforms.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Assist with HR analytics, reporting, and data-driven insights.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Support process improvement, automation, and AI-related initiatives within People Operations.&nbsp;</p></li></ul> <br> <p><strong>TO SUCCEED YOU NEED</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme</strong> in Business Administration, Human Resources, Business Informatics, Psychology, or a related field, with at least one year remaining until graduation.</p></li><li><p><strong>Eligible to work in Germany as a student</strong> and able to provide the required documentation confirming work authorisation and student enrolment.</p></li><li><p>Strong <strong>organisational skills</strong> and a structured, detail-oriented approach to work.</p></li><li><p>A <strong>proactive</strong>, <strong>reliable</strong>, and hands-on mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.</p></li><li><p>A genuine interest in HR Operations, Employee Services, and HR technologies.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in an international and cross-functional environment.</p></li><li><p>Confidence using digital tools and <strong>Microsoft Office</strong> applications, particularly Excel; experience with HR systems or collaboration platforms is considered a plus.</p></li><li><p><strong>Fluency in English</strong>, both written and spoken.</p></li><li><p><strong>German language</strong> skills at B1 level or higher</p></li></ul><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p><strong>THERE WILL BE BIG SMILES IF YOU</strong> </p><ul><li><p>Have first experience working with HRIS&nbsp;tools&nbsp;such as&nbsp;Personio,&nbsp;Workday,&nbsp;SAP&nbsp;or similar systems.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Are curious about AI, automation, and process&nbsp;optimisation.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Have&nbsp;experience with collaboration and documentation tools such as Confluence.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Bring ideas for improving processes and creating more efficient ways of working.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Are&nbsp;excited by the opportunity to support one of the largest HR transformation projects within our&nbsp;organisation.&nbsp;</p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p></li></ul><p><strong>YOU WILL BE HAPPY WITH</strong> </p><ul><li><p>Gain hands-on experience in a modern People Operations environment.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Be part of exciting HR transformation projects and process automation initiatives.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Contribute to meaningful projects while developing valuable skills in HR,&nbsp;digitalisation, analytics, and process improvement.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>No top-down hierarchy.
