Rack-scale co-design of logic, data movement, packaging, optics and interconnect enables a step change in system level performance.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>The Role</h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">As our People Partner, you will be an integral part of OLIX's people operations, supporting our growing team day-to-day. Working closely with managers and employees across the business, you will help build and maintain the people-practices, processes, and culture that underpin our ambitious growth plans.</p><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><h2><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support and guide our people managers on day-to-day HR matters, helping them grow as effective leaders.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Provide operational guidance to ensure compliance with UK and US employment law.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support our short and long-term business goals by contributing to people-practices that enable a high-performance culture.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Handle employee relations matters and support the smooth running of People operations.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate cross-functionally on company-wide projects with teams across OLIX, including Operations and Finance.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Lead by example, demonstrate the OLIX values, and act as a cultural ambassador.</p></li></ul><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><h2><strong>Skills &amp; Experience</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience in an HR role within a fast-paced, high-growth technology company.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Good working knowledge of UK employment legislation, with some exposure to US employment law.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of an organisation.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Comfortable working at pace and navigating ambiguity with a pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">An analytical approach, comfortable using data to inform and support people decisions.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.</p></li></ul><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><h2><strong>Nice to have</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience in deep tech or hardware-driven environments, especially where talent is scarce and highly specialized.</p></li></ul><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><h2><strong>Compensation &amp; Equity</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Competitive Salary: Commensurate with your experience, skills, and location</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Equity &amp; Ownership: Meaningful stock options.
