This pivotal role demands a visionary leader with a proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale performance marketing operations across diverse channels. You will be directly accountable for aggressive growth targets and multi-million dollar budgets, instrumental in maximizing our overall market footprint and driving significant daily ad spend across <strong>Meta, Google, TikTok</strong>, and beyond.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What You'll Do 🎯</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Develop &amp; Own Growth Strategy:</strong> Design and execute the overarching performance marketing strategy to achieve ambitious daily ad spend goals (targeting <strong>$100k+ USD/day</strong>), continually optimizing for User Acquisition (UA) and Lifetime Value (LTV).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Lead Multi-Channel Execution:</strong> Direct high-budget UA campaigns across a diverse portfolio including <strong>Paid Social (Meta, TikTok)</strong> and <strong>Google Ads (Search, Display, App Campaigns, YouTube)</strong>, ensuring a balanced and high-performing channel mix.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Strategic Budget Allocation:</strong> Manage multi-million dollar budgets with full autonomy. You will make data-driven decisions to shift spend toward high-performers and pause underperforming initiatives to ensure optimal ROI and maximum scale.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Identify &amp; Launch New Channels:</strong> Proactively research, test, and lead the successful launch of new UA channels from scratch, expanding our reach to untapped audiences and fostering continuous growth.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Cross-Functional Growth Leadership:</strong> Collaborate strategically with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative teams to identify new growth levers, improve conversion funnels, and ensure creative assets align with channel-specific best practices.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Advanced Analytics &amp; Reporting:</strong> Establish robust measurement frameworks and conduct deep-dive analyses on multi-channel performance.
