You are not just a campaign manager—you are a growth architect, highly technical, and obsessed with unit economics, attribution, and data-driven scaling.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Scale Paid Social: Take end-to-end ownership of high-budget performance channels across our European Markets</li> <li>Data &#x26; Technical Setup: Work closely with our tech stack to ensure 100% data integrity and robust attribution modeling.</li> <li>Performance Optimization: Continually test, measure, and optimize campaigns based on CAC, ROAS, MER, and LTV metrics.</li> <li>Creative Strategy Engine: Partner with our creative team to systematically brief, test, and iterate on high-converting creatives across all relevant platforms and formats</li> <li>Market Expansion: Launch and scale localized paid media initiatives across key European territories</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifikation</h2> <ul> <li>2+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Social, ideally in a fast-growing D2C e-commerce environment.</li> <li>Deep Technical Setup Knowledge: Expert understanding of Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, CAPI, attribution models, and tracking infrastructure.</li> <li>Strong Analytical Mindset: You live in spreadsheets, SQL, or BI tools.
