The successful candidate’s responsibility is to preserve the good condition and functionality of premises. A role requires a thorough professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines.<br><br>We are looking for individuals who have a passion for delivering the best-in-class service and can inspire the same results in their team. Must be able to take directions and follow through on assignments.<br><br>Applicants will be a willing team player, comfortable with computer systems and willing to accept assignments on as need basis, in order to promote teamwork. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.<br><br><strong><strong>What You Will Do:<br><br></strong></strong><ul><li>Clean swimming pools by skimming debris, vacuuming, brushing walls, and emptying skimmer baskets.</li><li>Test and balance pool water chemistry, including chlorine, pH, alkalinity, and other chemical levels.</li><li>Add and adjust chemicals according to safety guidelines and company standards.</li><li>Inspect, maintain, and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators, and automation systems.</li><li>Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and recommend repairs or replacements.</li><li>Perform routine preventative maintenance on pool systems.</li><li>Maintain accurate service records, including water test results and maintenance performed.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company procedures.</li><li>Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in a clean and organized condition<br><br></li></ul><strong><strong>What We Offer: <br><br></strong></strong><ul><li> Competitive Salary, wages, and a comprehensive benefits package</li><li> Excellent Training and Development opportunities</li><li> Complimentary Accommodation at other Four Seasons Hotels and Resort</li><li> Complimentary Dry Cleaning for Employee Uniforms</li><li> Complimentary Employee Meals<br><br></li></ul><strong><strong>Schedule &amp; Hours:<br><br></strong></strong><ul><li> Successful candidates will be hired as a regular, full time employee.
