In under two years and with fewer than 25 people at our HQ, we've already become Germany's second-largest property manager<br /></p><h2><strong>About the role</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">We're looking for a Portfolio Growth Lead (m/f/d) who will directly report to our VP Property Management. In this pivotal role, you will design the growth engine driving all of our property managers' core business revenue. In your first 90 days, you'll be hands-on across direct sales, partnerships and online marketing channels. By the end of your first 180 days, you'll have a repeatable playbook. After a year, you will generate millions in euros of topline revenue growth for our companies across Germany.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Build the growth playbook from zero.</strong> There's nothing you're inheriting. You'll decide what growth experiments you run.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Full-Cycle Sales</strong>. Your role starts with generating leads and ends with turning them into signed property management contracts. </p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Report directly to the VP Property Management.</strong> You'll be in close exchange with our VP Property Management and C-Level.</p></li></ul><h2><strong>You may be a good fit if you</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Speak fluent German (C2)</strong>. Our PortCos operate locally, and our customers are German homeowners.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Are based in Berlin</strong> or willing to relocate; this is an in-office role in Prenzlauer Berg</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Are up for traveling to our PortCos</strong>. We build mini-tech companies all across Germany. You should be up for spending time with the local MDs.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>You've got proven sales expertise</strong>. You've brought sales for any kind of product or service from 0-&gt;1.
