<p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Procurement Manager (m/w/d)</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">As a Procurement Manager (m/w/d), you will manage our relationships with the manufacturers behind our products, making sure we buy the right products at the right cost, quality and lead time. Working within our Supply Chain team, you will own purchase orders end to end, develop our key suppliers and build a supplier quality framework from the ground up. It’s a hands-on role with real ownership, and the scope will grow with you as our product range expands.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">PERGOLUX designs and sells Scandinavian-inspired outdoor living products, from pergolas to garden furniture, directly to consumers. With around 300 employees, 9-figure revenue, and operations across 8 markets, we combine premium product quality with the pace and ownership culture of a company that has grown consistently across Europe and beyond.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own purchase orders end to end, from placement and confirmation to production follow-up and shipment readiness, and coordinate with planning and freight colleagues so orders match demand and container plans.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage and develop key suppliers on capacity, lead time, quality and cost, track supplier KPIs and run regular performance reviews.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Negotiate prices, payment terms and Incoterms, and drive cost-down initiatives through smarter commercial terms.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own supplier quality end to end, from specifications and pre-shipment inspections to defect tracking and supplier corrective actions.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support new product introductions and custom or made-to-order products, from supplier selection to first shipment, and back up other procurement work so the function never has a single point of failure.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing or supplier management, ideally for manufactured physical products.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven negotiation skills and strong commercial judgement.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A good understanding of Incoterms, production lead times and quality control.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">An organised, detail-oriented way of working that keeps a high volume of POs clean and up to date, comfort working with an ERP and Excel or Google Sheets, and fluent English.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Nice to have: experience with custom, configurable or made-to-order products, a background in outdoor, furniture, building products or home improvement, and experience working on site with suppliers and factories.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>🌟 Benefits and Lifestyle</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You will own your supplier portfolio from day one, with direct impact on our margin and product quality, and a scope that grows with you as PERGOLUX expands its product range.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Up to 30 vacation days, starting at 27</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">One week per year remote workation in EU/UK</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">International, collaborative team, working with colleagues across Europe</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Regular team events (summer party, Christmas party, after-work gatherings) and retreats</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Modern setup and laptops (Apple or Windows)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Employee discounts on PERGOLUX products</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Jobrad / Bike leasing program, promoting sustainable and healthy commuting</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>How to Apply</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">If you enjoy owning supplier relationships and getting the details right, we would love to hear from you.
