As Product Asociate, you define how alago looks, feels and behaves.</p> <p>alago brings AI-powered project management to the construction industry. As our <strong>Product Associate</strong>, you'll own a core product areas end to end: how messy project data becomes an early warning that a €200M project is about to go wrong.</p> <p><strong>That's what we're fixing.</strong> 15 people, 30+ customers, <strong>€1M+ pre-seed</strong> from leading construction-tech VCs and one of Germany's largest project developers. The product is live and used daily on real construction sites — which means the interesting work is only starting.</p> <h2>Aufgaben</h2> <p><strong>What you'll actually do</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Design the product.</strong> Take features from rough idea to high-fidelity UI. You'll work on the tools construction teams open every single day and make them feel effortless.</li> <li><strong>Make AI feel right.</strong> Define how AI shows up in Alago and what it feels like to work with it. Nobody has solved this well for construction yet.</li> <li><strong>Prototype and spec.</strong> Build clickable prototypes in Figma or with AI tools, and contribute to specs so the team can ship fast.</li> <li><strong>Run discovery.</strong> Talk to users, research how other products solve similar problems, and turn what you find into concepts the team can build on.</li> <li><strong>Grow the design system.</strong> Design components in Figma and work with engineers to build them.</li> <li><strong>Make Alago look good everywhere.</strong> Brand, landing pages, launch materials, everything that carries the product outward.</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifikation</h2> <p><strong>Must-haves</strong></p> <ul> <li>Enrolled student in design, HCI, media informatics, architecture, or a related field.</li> <li>C1 German: you'll talk to German construction project managers.</li> <li>Figma proficiency: components, prototyping, systems thinking.</li> <li>Technical enough to collaborate: you won't write production code, but you understand how web apps work and can work alongside engineers.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus points</strong></p> <ul> <li>You've designed for AI products before and have a take on how generative features should feel.</li> <li>You have strong opinions on products you love and hate.
