We move fast, work closely with engineering, and obsess over outcomes for our customers.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What You&#39;ll Be Doing&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;We&#39;re seeking a Product Designer to join our centralised team of three, contributing across product areas as our web and mobile apps continue to grow.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;This hybrid role will touch the journeys customers use to run their businesses, while helping shape our design system. Expect variety: one week you&#39;re defining a component, the next you&#39;re designing a feature or supporting an acquisition campaign. Work here isn&#39;t handed over as a spec to execute; you&#39;re expected to think from first principles and bring a point of view.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Where the time goes: roughly 70% UX and Product, 20% UI and Visual Design, 10% Marketing and Growth.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Why this role matters&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;You&#39;d be designing the tools small business owners use to make real financial decisions, and work where getting it right shapes someone&#39;s day.
