Product Designer (AI x Greentech) (m/f/d)

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Berlin.</strong></em></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><br /><strong>What You Will Do</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Design the AI-Powered OS</strong>: Shape the interface and experience of the AI-powered operating system installers worldwide will run their business on.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Design with a Product Lens</strong>: Go beyond the brief to understand why it matters, balancing user needs and business impact with craft and polish.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Set the UX/UI Bar</strong>: Maintain a high bar for UX/UI design that's intuitive, accessible, and genuinely delightful across every surface of the product.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Redesign and Reinvent</strong>: Improve existing flows and interfaces, and design new ones from scratch, prototyping and iterating quickly to maximize value.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Challenge and Collaborate</strong>: Push back on ideas that don't meet that bar, and work closely with product and engineering to raise UX quality across the board.<br /></p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What Makes You a Great Fit</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking — from discovery to execution — with high-quality craft and problem-solving.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">2–3 years of experience as a product/UX designer, ideally in a startup or product-driven environment.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong product sense and comfort in ambiguity: you make trade-offs that balance user and business impact, focus on outcomes over output, and iterate quickly and autonomously in a startup environment.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Growth &amp; UX understanding: solid grasp of digital funnels, onboarding and conversion journeys; strong with both quantitative data (A/B tests, funnel metrics) and qualitative data (user research, feedback); track record of using that to grow feature adoption, activation, and retention.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ability to leverage AI tools to speed up concepting and prototyping.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Clear communicator: you translate requirements for developers and product, backed by real empathy for the user and a keen eye for design.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">very good communication abilities in English and German (Bonus: You also speak Italian, French, and/or Portuguese)</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Even if you don’t meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply!
