We are fully indexed on the success of every single user, which means even an early concept has to make a complex operational idea clear and credible.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">The BD Product Designer turns a promising customer conversation into something people can see, use, and react to quickly. This role is distinct from core product design. Core product designers go deep on durable product experiences; you help the business development team make a future capability tangible, then feed what you learn back into product.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">What this looks like in practice:</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Turn an emerging customer need into a convincing prototype in days, even when the original brief is incomplete or contradictory</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Choose the fastest useful medium for the problem: a polished Figma prototype, an AI-assisted coded mock-up, an interactive concept, or a demo video</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Bring real design craft to rapid work so every prototype feels credible in front of senior defence and government stakeholders</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work closely with business development, product design, product, and forward-deployed teams to understand the opportunity and define what the demonstration needs to prove</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Make confident decisions under pressure, balancing the needs of a specific conversation with the patterns and principles of the core product</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Capture what each prototype teaches us, so strong commercial signals can shape future product decisions</p></li></ul><h2>Who We're Looking For</h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">We filter hardest on design craft, speed, judgement, low ego, and comfort with ambiguity. We cover your background, motivations, and the kind of problems you do your best work on.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Portfolio review</strong>: 60 min, online. You walk us through the decisions, constraints, and outcomes behind selected work.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Onsite in Paris</strong>: half day.
