<h2><strong>About Peec AI</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">Peec AI is the visibility platform for the age of AI search. The way people discover brands is being rewritten. ChatGPT, Claude, Google AI Mode and Copilot now sit between companies and their customers, and most brands have no idea what those models say about them. We built the platform marketing teams use to measure, understand and improve how they show up inside AI answers.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We went from 0 to $10M ARR in 16 months. We're around 80 people, based in Berlin with a growing presence in New York, and we're moving fast enough that the people joining now are writing the playbook everyone after them will run.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Measuring the problem is only the first half. The second half is software that acts: agents that watch what a brand is doing across AI search, surface what matters, and then do the work. We're building that agent layer from the ground up, and this PM will define and own it.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>What You'll Do</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own the agentic product surface at Peec AI, from the harness itself to the experience built around it</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build agents that act proactively on customer data, alongside a pod of data scientists, AI engineers and a frontend engineer</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work directly with our largest agency and brand customers, building specific agents for a handful of them first and scale it further to other users</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Turn what works for those first customers into product everyone can use</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Hold a high bar on interface quality</p></li></ul><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><h2>Who You Are</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You have built an agent harness or a proactive agentic system, something that looks at a user's data or the work in front of them and then does the work rather than just suggesting it</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Your agent experience is in a B2B or prosumer context</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">3+ building excellent software products, ideally at a startup or fast-moving company</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Real working experience alongside data scientists and AI engineers. You do not need to have been one, but you need to speak the language</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong customer-facing instincts. You are comfortable in the room with a large customer, scoping what they actually need</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">High design and UI standards</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You operate with very little direction and are happy owning an entire surface on your own</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Excited to be in our Berlin office five days a week</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em">On the agent requirement: a job, a serious side project, a university project or a hackathon build all count, as long as it shipped and you can walk us through it.
