Let’s talk about you.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><br /><strong>Does this sound like you?</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong> </strong>A passionate product manager, with onboarding and/or FinTech experience, who is looking for the next step in their career by joining a scale up in its growth journey.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong> </strong>As Product Manager for Individual Onboarding, you’ll be working closely with cross-functional teams to improve applicant experience from the point at which they start their Flagstone application, to their first month of being a new client. You'll demonstrate strong commercial acumen to drive growth through an evidence-backed roadmap and geared towards shipping small and often to increase speed of learning</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Your days will be fast-paced and varied, but will focus around:</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identifying new opportunities, translating needs and requirements into real world features</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Working as part of an agile sprint team to deliver value early and often</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Managing the product backlog to establish clear priorities and focus for the sprint team</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Talking to stakeholders (internal &amp; external) regarding their area of the product and understand their needs and frustrations</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Use data to identify problems and understand potential solutions</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Define success metrics to track customer and business benefit for feature releases</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What you’ll bring:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong> </strong>3-5 years’ experience in related Product role</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience within onboarding space, ideally FinTech-based but not essential</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience leveraging AI within Product Development Lifecycle</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience with agile methodologies</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Backlog Maintenance &amp; Prioritisation experience</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Epic/Feature/User Story writing skills</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ticket Management via Azure DevOps, JIRA or alternative</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">An Analytical and User Centred Mindset</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Cross Functional Ways of Working</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>How we reward you:</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">At Flagstone, the benefits extend beyond false gifts like “fruit and snacks”.
