This role exists to bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI capabilities and real-world usability, ensuring our agents are both capable and seamlessly integrated into Mistral’s broader product ecosystem.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You’ll work at the intersection of engineering, research, design, and business, aligning stakeholders around a shared vision while driving execution from concept to launch. The impact of your work will shape how users and enterprises interact with AI, unlocking new possibilities for automation, intelligence, and efficiency.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What You Will Do</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Define and evangelize a clear product strategy for our <strong>Context &amp; Search</strong> platform, aligning it with company goals and market opportunities.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Lead market and UX research to identify unmet needs, competitive gaps, and emerging trends in enterprise AI.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, balancing speed, quality, and user-centric design.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate with design and research teams to create intuitive, high-impact user experiences, iteratively refined by data and feedback.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Drive go-to-market efforts, including pricing, positioning, and adoption strategies, in partnership with marketing and sales.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Align engineering, design, and business teams around priorities, trade-offs, and timelines to ensure seamless execution.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Maintain a dynamic roadmap that delivers quick wins while advancing long-term strategic bets.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>5+ years</strong> of hands-on <strong>Product Management</strong> experience, preferably with a focus on <strong>Agentic AI, Context Engineering, Data platforms, MCP/Connectors, Search, Ontology </strong>and<strong> semantic layers </strong>in B2B/Enterprise environments.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong technical fluency to navigate trade-offs and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A relentless focus on solving real user problems, backed by data and qualitative insights.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven ability to align and inspire cross-functional teams—engineering, design, and go-to-market—without direct authority.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for executives, teams, and users.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Adaptability to thrive in dynamic environments where priorities shift rapidly.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Low ego, high EQ, and a collaborative mindset to build trust and drive decisions through clarity.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A builder’s mindset, with experience turning 0→1 ideas into products users love, and the autonomy to own outcomes end-to-end.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What We Offer</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance.
