We've attracted exceptional people from the likes of Palantir, Google, DeepMind, BCG, Meta, and AWS and we're just getting started.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a rare chance to join a rocket ship at exactly the right moment and we're looking for exceptional people to help us fly it.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>In this role, you will:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own product areas end-to-end, from zero-to-one discovery through to shipping, measuring, and iterating in production</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Define and drive the roadmap for your domain, making hard prioritisation calls that balance customer pain, AI capability, and commercial impact</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work at the intersection of AI and B2B SaaS. defining how LLM-powered features get embedded into clinical and operational workflows that vets actually use</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Run tight discovery loops with customers; getting into practices, watching how vets work, and translating messy real-world problems into sharp product decisions</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate daily with Engineering and Design to ship fast, without sacrificing quality or coherence</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Align with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure what you build lands well and drives measurable outcomes</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Define success metrics for every initiative and hold yourself accountable to them</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Contribute to how the product team operates, our processes are still forming and you’ll help shape them</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Your background looks something like:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Solid background as a PM at a SaaS company, ideally one that was building 0–1 products in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience shipping AI-powered features, you understand what LLMs can and can’t do, and you know how to design around their limitations</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A track record of owning a roadmap and making difficult trade-offs under real constraints, not just managing a backlog</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong technical fluency, you don’t need to write the code, but you can engage meaningfully in architectural conversations</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience in health-tech, vertical SaaS, or a regulated industry (nice to have)</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Background at a FAANG company or high-growth VC-backed startup (nice to have)</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>As a person, you:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Get energised by building from scratch, blank-page problems don’t intimidate you, they motivate you</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Are relentlessly driven by outcomes, not output, shipping a feature means nothing if it doesn’t move the metric</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Move fast and make decisions with incomplete information, then course-correct quickly when you’re wrong</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Have a genuine passion for product. you think about it outside of work, and it shows in how you talk about it</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Are excited to work in-person from our Paddington, London HQ</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Value working with people who are kind, ambitious, and pragmatic</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What does success look like in 6 months?</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You’ve shipped something meaningful that customers are using and talking about</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You own your domain with confidence, Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market trust your judgement and come to you first</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You’re already influencing the roadmap beyond your immediate area and shaping how the team thinks about AI-native product development</p></li></ul><p>Find more <a href="https://www.arbeitnow.co.uk/english-speaking-jobs">English Speaking Jobs in United Kingdom</a> on Arbeitnow</a>
